Over 20 years ago our father, Mike Neal, started building custom wood doors in our garage in La Mirada, California. Those were the days, there was sawdust everywhere, loud machines roaring, and some truly beautiful wood creations were built.

Our father would always say, “I love the smell of sawdust in the morning.” Who would have thought that dad’s “little experiment” would blossom into one of the nation’s leading door manufacturers.

Although dad is no longer with us, we remain committed to his vision.  Ranch House Doors proudly produces custom made garage doors, entry doors, swing out garage doors, entry gates, and pedestrian gates – all with national distribution and a custom design team to help walk you through the process.

Dad’s vision has given us the distinct privilege of helping others make their homes warm and beautiful without compromising functionality or attention to details.  We continue to live by the motto, “If you can think, we can build it.“
